(Except for animating in blender and then just exporting the animation to C4D- that's a last resort I'd like to avoid if possible.) For compositing and other reasons, I would like to take CGI characters that I have already modeled and rigged in blender and import them into After Effects Cinema 4D Lite, where I will animate and render them. Of all its competitors, Cinema 4D is the easiest to learn as it features an intuitive interface and a logical workflow.

The software found its niche within the motion graphics industry as it offers a robust MoGraph module among many high-level features.
